Our Make It Count program focuses on planning early in property clearance how we might reduce costs, reduce times for clearance (to expedite sale or transition of real estate), minimise waste and maximise the opportunity to re-cycle.
We do not delegate our responsibilities to third parties without your approval or without supervision. We are on site to meet tradespeople, agents and dealers.
We create an inventory of personal property to a level of detail you specify. This inventory can be used to communicate to agents and to identify items of value. More importantly, it provides a mechanism to track the whereabouts of personal property as it is removed.
Clear It Property is also in the process of establishing relationships with community groups and charities. We want to be aware of community needs so that our clients are given the option of donating early rather than leaving it (too) late.
Finally, Clear It Property has also secured an option over storage space in Hobart that will allow us greater flexibility in managing personal goods so that they can be processed efficiently and without holding up sale of and real property.
