Clear It Property Pty Ltd (Clear It) is a family business based from Hobart but operating throughout Tasmania.
Clear It was established in 2021 by Simone Blackman and Alistair Reed to provide a one-stop-shop supporting executors and administrators with the estate clearance process, and property owners and managers with the care and maintenance of their properties.
The company has grown since 2021 and now includes a great bunch of friendly staff under the direction of family member, co-owner and operations manager Ashby Bingham.
Clear It works with and for you as the estate executor, property owner or occupier. You might be a busy legal professional, an executor, a carer, home owner or renter who needs help. We are there for you. We oversee clearance of real estate in a timely and ordered manner and in a way that respects the wishes of the occupants. This includes clearance of household effects, furniture and personal items. We agree on what needs to be done you remain in control through the whole process.
