Welcome to Clear It Property

Clear It Property clears deceased estates, helps you downsize or helps you remove those ‘no-longer-needed’ items and clutter.

We support your role as a property owner, estate executor or administrator by ensuring real and other property is cleared, cleaned, documented, valued, tracked and appropriately managed and maintained. Find out more here.

If you are you moving to smaller premises or just want help creating space then we can help you downsize, clear and/or clean. We help gather, pack and move personal effects. We send items on to family, remove rubbish, tidy gardens, organise storage and transportation. We agree with you on what needs to be done but you remain in control throughout the clearing process.

We are a Tasmanian (Hobart-based) family business operating and growing since 2021. We operate throughout Tasmania. We are sypathetic to your needs and take a personal and hands-on approach to working with you and the tasks we manage.

This floral lounge suite was in great condition so its owner asked us to sell it for her, as it was too big for her new unit. Despite our best attempts and as sadly anticipated it wasn’t to anyone’s taste. No one was even prepared to come and collect it for free. We ended up taking it to the local tip shop.
